Overall, Daewoo Electronics' organization consists of a General Headquarters with five factories in Korea plus regional headquarters located throughout Europe, Central America, the United States, and the Middle East. Moreover, each product divisions are running regional production lines overseas.

Daewoo Electronics' research institutes are strategically located in Korea, the U.S. and France. Each of these institutes is engaged in different fields of research. The Company currently invests considerable amount of its annual sales in R&D efforts and plans to increase the amount annually.
